Ahhh....A smooth and refreshing summer time drink

Baileys_mudslide_Drink One of my favorite summertime drinks is a frozen mudslide. As I've gotten older and the pounds have gotten harder to lose, I don't enjoy them as often as I used to. But every now I ignore the calorie count and just take a cold sip. The are truly refreshing (and yummy too!)

EASY MUDSLIDE RECIPE

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
 A squeeze of chocolate syrup

Combine in blender with ice.   Whip until ice is crushed. Pour into a tall glass and add a straw. Drink quickly and REPEAT!
